The hotel called me asked that come directly to us by passing booking.com and pay in advance, this guys are scammers listing properties to pat at hotel but once booking done asking payment in advance bypassing the booking.com

Mentally disturbing since booking till check out and too costly for that poor service

Location was good . Other than that since booking this accommodation till checking out was my most horrible experience in life.

− Since booking this accommodation till checking out was my most horrible experience in life . The day I booked this accommodation using Booking.com website, I got a whatsapp messsage from a third party Mr Patra by name who constantly kept following me up pursuading me to cancel the booking from booking.com and pay him instead. He shared me the invoice and his scanner for payment. He constantly kept following me up in such an aggressive way for one month to make me cancel the booking online. I felt suspicious although I made the advance payment of Rs 1000/(took like a risk) but invoice amount was Rs 2248 . The remaining amount was paid on the date of stay ,viz. on 16th pay to the caretaker of the place of stay that evening . Mr Patra misbehaved with me and kept pressuring me to download the booking.app and cancel the booking so that he could earn fully from this booking . He wanted me to save Rs 248,His quoted price was Rs 2000 whereas booking.com price was Rs 248 . But I did not listen to him finally and rather paid Rs 2248(booking.com price only). Since I did not oblige with him, I was not at all taken care of the basic amenities like TV etc. I reported all my complaints to the care taker about my problems being faced, she told me lies she would come and assist me . Instead hours after hours I kept following up but it was no use. My whole stay was badly impacted because of disturbing phone calls from Mr Patra the third party agent who had a good connection with the caretaker . He even controlled her from far not to assist me even during check out . Although I informed on call about my check out ,I was told lies she would come but instead I wasted time waiting for her for hours then finally she dropped an SMS instructing me to keep the room locked and leave the key outside. The room was also extremely small and no space at all. The bathroom door doesnt open well ,It gets stuck badly on the floor with a sound. Worst experience and too costly for that worst...
