Amazing location, space/room/view
10.0The whole vibe of the room, in a traditional Dutch building - great walking distance location to and from the apartment.
− The stairs are very steep stairs! you get used to it after the first 1-2 tries and it becomes part of your daily routine!
Excellent location, comfortable apartment, lots of stairs!
8.0Loved the location, overlooking one of the main canals & very close to Dam Square with lots of tram routes. Walking distance to a large supermarket, spacious bathroom, cooking facilities & large living room with comfy corner couch.
− 4 flights of EXTREMELY STEEP & NARROW stairs needed to be negotiated with our large heavy suitcases to get to the apartment. The listing did state it was on an upper floor but I had no idea what we faced. Thank you to Cees for helping with our luggage, we could not have done it without you! Very little room between bed and walls, which was very hard to navigate as I have a knee injury & had to walk on knees to get in & out of bed.
Très joli appartement historique!
9.0Bien situé. Intérieur bien décoré et moderne. Cuisiné bien équipé. Belle vue sur le canal.
− Malheureusement, les fenêtres simple vitrage laissaient passer le bruit et le froid d’octobre.
Really liked Amsterdam and this was a great place to stay.
9.0Excellent location, lovely view of the canal, very comfortable bed, well equipped apartment, very good host.

We loved our stay at The Amsterdam Jewel Apartments.
8.0The location is great and the apartment is comfortable. It has the typical steep stairs - four flights. Just be aware, we were and no problem.
− Just a note about the bedroom. The bed is inches from both walls on the sides. If you can get up the stairs you shouldn’t have an issues getting in and out of the bed.
