Perfect stay at the best beach in Mallorca
10.0We visited Cala Mesquida as a couple more than ten years ago, and returning now as a family of four—with two teenagers—felt wonderfully nostalgic. This time, we were lucky to stay a whole week at the beautiful Villa del Mar, hosted by Katia. Katia welcomed us with great flexibility, as we arrived earlier than expected from another part of Mallorca. She greeted us with thoughtful Mallorcan and Spanish treats, including biscuits, nuts, honey, and a lovely bottle of high‑quality olive oil. The house itself is a charming villa with a gorgeous outdoor area, where the swimming pool naturally becomes the heart of the stay. Its location is ideal—just a pleasant 10‑minute stroll to Cala Mesquida—making it easy for us to enjoy the beach twice a day, with relaxing breaks by the pool for lunch, barbecues, and a bit of rest. Cala Mesquida is also conveniently close to Cala Rajada, where you’ll find plenty of bars and restaurants for the occasional dinner out. Arta is nearby as well, and Alcudia along with other beautiful spots on Mallorca’s northern coast are just a short drive away. The house is extremely well equipped with everything you might need. There is air conditioning in all bedrooms and the living room, a spacious laundry room, and plenty of beach gear (we even left behind what we bought for future guests). The kitchen is impressively stocked—from sparkling wine stoppers to two types of coffee machines (Nespresso and filtered), and two barbecues (gas and charcoal). Check‑out was just as smooth and flexible. We had an early flight, and coordinating with Katia was effortless—she was always available on WhatsApp. Our whole family truly loved Villa del Mar, and we hope to return again soon.

Macht den Urlaub zu einem einmaligen Erlebnis, tolle Finca in einer super schöner Gegend.
10.0Es war rundum ein super toller Urlaub. Wir haben 10 Tage in dieser tollen Finca verbracht und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Katia ist eine wunderbare Gastgeberin und bemüht, dass der Aufenthalt zu einem einmaligen Erlebnis wird. In der Finca ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. In zehn Minuten ist man zu Fuß am tollen Strand von Cala Mesquida. Katia hat uns super Restaurant-Tipps gegeben. Fünf Minuten entfernt gibt es einen deutschen Metzger und ein paar Meter weiter ist ein kleiner Spar. Für den größeren Einkauf kann man nach Cala Ratjada fahren. Wir können diese Finca auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

10.0Een uitstekende locatie dichtbij het strand. Een heerlijk privé zwembad en ruime kamers met goede bedden. Het contact met Katia verloopt erg soepel en ze is makkelijk bereikbaar als er iets is.

9.0Super Lage um zu Fuß an das schöne Meer zu spazieren. Extrem liebe und bemühte Vermieterin. Hat uns mit tollen Tipps versorgt (wo wir PArken können wenn wir einen Ausflug machen, super Restaurant Tipps....)
− Ende Oktober war die Strarndbar schon zu. Daher gab es keine Möglichkeit im Ort einen Kaffee zu trinken.

10.0Къщата в хубава, чиста, тиха. Матраците и възглавниците са удобни. Има всички удобства за по-дълъг престой. Има хубава кафемашина 😀. Комуникацията с хазяйката е отлична. Препоръчвам.
