10.0Nos quedamos dos noches y nos encantó! Jesús ha estado muy atento desde el principio, es super amable y te recomienda lugares que corresponden a tu perfil. El trato ha sido fantástico, además admiten mascotas. Todo estaba muy limpio y diseñado con cariño y personalidad. La casa está ubicada en una zona muy tranquila y hay aparcamientos justo delante. Volveremos!

10.0La amabilidad y buena hospitalidad de Jesus y su pareja. El ambiente tranquilo y de paz que tiene en el entorno y en la terraza y zonas comunes. La limpieza de todo el apartamento y la cercania a la playa o Torrelavega. Un acierto de sitio!!

10.0El entorno, la ubicacion, pero sobretodo la relacion tan humana que tiene Jesus con sus huespedes, te hace sentir muy comodo y las recomendaciones que te da para que puedas disfrutar de tu estancia . Ademas del alojamiento, te ofrece desayuno gratis sin tener que hacerlo.Te hace sentir como en casa y eso es de agradecer, en pocos sitios se tiene una relacion tan sana de comunicacion entre anfitrion y huesped

10.0Estamos encantados con el trato que recibimos durante la estancia. Nos hemos sentido como en casa por la cercanía y amabilidad de Jesús, ya que gracias a él tuvimos unas vacaciones de ensueño. La habitación amplia, limpia y comodísima. Sin ninguna duda volveremos a repetir este viaje y volveremos a Casa Roiz.
