7.0The hosts are very friendly and were very helpful when we had questions; they helped book a taxi to the airport etc. The garden and pool seemed nice and it's good to have a kitchen to use. The location is very convenient between the airport and Playa del Carmen.
− It looked like the cleaning had been a rushed job, the floor on which you shower was slippery like there was soap from the previous guests, we didn't have hand soap and there was a piece of a hairdryer on a shelf but no hairdryer (so this shelf probably wasn't cleaned between us and the previous guests). Also, there was space between the curtain in the bathroom and the window that it was covering, so when you shower with the lights on and it's dark outside it's quite uncomfortable (the window looks out on the shared garden where anyone can walk around). Lastly, the hosts have a young child which you might hear early in the morning and later at night. I think it could be good if guests are informed about this beforehand.
