Położenie pensjonatu jest bajeczne.

− Czystość ma wiele do życzenia ( kurz, pajęczyny, zdechłe owady,mysz czy kret na tarasie). Kosze nie wyrzucone przez co smród unosił się w całym budynku. Pokoje nieduże. Kuchnia położona w piwnicy, gdzie niedaleko znajdują się pokoje przez co zapachy nie są najlepsze. Kontakt z właścicielem po przyjeździe słaby. Poduszki z pierza co dla alergika jest niedogodnościa. Papier toaletowy brak.

− Brak żelazka,po godz 22 do około 2 -3 nad ranem odgłosy granej muzyki wychodzące z innej kwatery ,co utrudniało sen ,pajęczyny w pokojach,brak siatek w oknach od owadów.
