− trochu nevýhoda bola železničná trať, železničné priecestie a signalizácia tesne vedľa penzionu, hlučnosť hlavnej cesty, absencia kuchynky, malej chladničky a kupelne priamo na izbe, tieto zariadenia boli spoločné pre 3 izby na chodbe.
