Was fair, but they didn’t explain how far it was from Tulum town
5.0One room, the toilet was leaking in another room. The lock didn’t work it broke.
− The house was nice. We wouldn’t like to be able to make coffee or tea.
As promised, but better.
10.0We were delayed during the day and arrived at midnight. When we saw the accomodation were were sad that we arrived so late - it would have been great to spend more time here!
− We didn't have time to be disappointed - this was one of our favorite places on our 10 day trip around Yucatan.
Would be the perfect place with some renovation.
6.0Casa de Delfin is a charming 3-story hotel in the jungle. It has beautiful views, a cute little pool, and a friendly cat.
− The air conditioner didn't work. The sink didn't work. The showers were cold water only and took hours to drain. Not a single person was around--not another guest and not an employee. No wifi to even message someone if we needed anything. No parking spaces -- I had to park inside a gate that didn't fully open, by the pool.
We believe it is currently unfit to host guests
3.0The wall painting and swing
− •Dirty all round •Smelly shower water (didn’t even want to use it) •No keys to lock room doors (very insecure) •No soap •Nails all over the ground in the guest car park •Rusty nails sticking out of the tables •Holes in wall where cockroaches could enter •Big roaches in bathroom •Wood and rubbish laying around the pool area •Rotting frog in the pool •Tv didn’t work •2 larges warps nests (one directly in the hand rail on the stairs)
