10.0Fantastic value for money, for this price point you really can't complain, room was clean, secure and the beds were large for Vietnam standards. The family were nice and helpful. Secure gated motorbike parking. Shops and restaurants are walking distance and the glass suspension bridge is 30min away by motorbike. Bathroom had hot water with good pressure.
