8.0Clean. Location near attractions
− The host was not so hospitable. Didn't tell us about hiw to get coffee and the need for resarvation for the place restaurant (we didn't know there is one), when looked for him, wasn't avalible and there was no way to reach him. Why do you need to clear the dish washer before you leave? It is more reasonable to put the dishes in the dishwasher and operate it, insted of washing and drying breakfast dishes by hand

10.0Byli jsme jen na 2 noci, ale překrásný apartmán, všude čisto, voňavo. Nově a vkusně zařízeno. Nádherná přilehlá terasa. V kuchyni vše, co je potřeba. Pohodlné postele a celkem prostorná koupelna. Jako bonus pohodlné parkování. Nemáme co vytknout. Kéž by takové ubytování vyšlo vždycky. Vřele a ráda doporučuji.
An exceptional stay with stunning scenery, plenty of space, and outstanding hospitality
10.0We had a wonderful stay here and couldn’t have been happier. There was plenty of space for our family of five, making it comfortable for everyone. The views were absolutely stunning and one of the highlights of our stay. On top of that, the host was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful throughout. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

4.0− Our group of 5 came happily from Munich to ski in Stubai. We have already been here three times in 2026, and these are the last few days of the ski season. The two-night stay was perfectly fine. After breakfast on the morning of check‑out, since we had to vacate the room by 10:00, we placed our breakfast dishes into the dishwasher, took away all the rubbish, and wiped the table. Unexpectedly, we received a message at noon claiming that the kitchen was very dirty and demanding a mandatory cleaning fee of €50. We would very much like to know what the cleaning standard is. If the landlord considers it dirty, what evidence is there? What is the basis for the €50 cleaning charge? So far, the landlord has been unable to provide any evidence of dirtiness, nor clearly explain the fee structure for the cleaning charge. We look forward to the landlord's reply.
