Die katastrophale Schallübertragung macht die vielen Positiven Seiten der Unterkunft leider zu Nichte. Schade. Das wäre
7.0Das Haus ist sehr komfortabel und mit der Holzbauweise sehr idyllisch. Die Küche ist sehr komfortabel und die Betten sind auch sehr gemütlich. Man kann mit dem Auto bis zur Haustür fahren, was für das ein und ausladen sehr praktisch ist.
− Die Schallübertragung ist katastrophal. Sowohl in der eigenen Einheit aber auch zur anderen Doppelhaushälfte. Man hört jedes Wort von den Nachbarn und riecht auch was die Nachbarn kochen. In der Einheit selbst ist es noch schlimmer mit dem Schall. Die Toiletten sind zudem ohne Waschbecken, was nicht nur unhygienisch ist, sondern auch extrem unpraktisch, wenn man von der Toilette im ersten Stock runter ins Bad gehen muss um sich die Hände zu waschen. Der Blick aus dem Wohnzimmer ist in richtig eines unaufgeräumten Bauhofs gerichtet. Was durch eine Erweiterung der Hecke durchaus vermeidbar wäre. Die Terrassentür im EG schließt nicht richtig und sodass sogar ein Spalt ersichtlich ist.
Ein gelungener Urlaub in Jenig & auch bei Clofers Rattendorf, lieben Dank an das kompetente Team.
