Apartement bevindt zich op de benedenetage van een moderne woning. Prima parkeren gelijk aan de trap naar beneden voor toegang tot woning. Apartement bestaat uit 3 slaapkamers, woonkeuken en badkamer met WC. Wij waren met z'n tweeën dus 2 slaapkamers niet toegankelijk. Aan de woonkamer grenst een fijne eigen tuin met terras. Dit is een grote plus aan deze woning. Keuken zeer compleet uitgerust. Zelfs een wasmachine beschikbaar (!). Ondanks dat woning in een wijkje staat is het erg rustig en is het uitzicht goed. Alleen noodzakelijk contact met eigenaren: men doet duidelijk moeite gasten zo veel mogelijk niet te storen. Verhouding prijs/kwaliteit is uitstekend. Wenns ligt zeer centraal en geeft toegang tot Pitztal en Kaunertal. Hoewel ook toeristisch is het hier wat rustiger dan bijvoorbeeld Ötztal en Zillertal. Met de meegeleverde Zomer Pitztal kaart krijg je via app met QR code op de telefoon toegang tot alle bergbanen in het Pitztal en Kaunertal, inclusief gletsjer tolweg en -banen. Dit bespaart honderden Euro's (alleen in de zomer dus). In dichtbij gelegen Imst vindt je een winkelcentrum en grote supermarkten e.d.

− De woning is ingedeeld in meerdere ruimtes waaronder 3 slaapkamers. Dit maakt de vertrekken wat klein. Er is alleen zitgelegenheid rond de eettafel in de woonkeuken. Bij mooi weer maakt de tuin dit weer goed. Maar voor 5 of 6 personen, ondanks de 3 slaapkamers, is het huis wat te krap. Mede door badkamer met daarin verwerkte WC, wat natuurlijk niet handig is met een grotere groep. Iets ruimere leefruimte met zitje en aparte WC zou het huis goed doen. Voor 2 tot 4 personen is het echter prima zoals het nu is.

It was a lovely and exceptionally clean apartment, which remained pleasantly cool even when it was extremely hot outside. The garden and its beautiful view were fantastic. The apartment had almost every facility we could wish for, and we were also allowed to use the washing machine at no additional cost, which is not always the case. It was wonderfully quiet, the Wi-Fi worked very well, and we could easily park our car on the owners’ driveway. There are also several walking routes starting directly from the apartment. The owners were extremely friendly and were always happy to answer questions or offer help when needed.

− It was unfortunate that there were no insect screens on the windows or doors. There were many flies and other insects, which made it difficult to leave the windows or door open, especially in the evening when we wanted to air out the apartment. The mattresses were slightly too firm for our preference, although this is of course very personal. The refrigerator only has a small freezer compartment, so there is limited space for storing several frozen products. We had a very pleasant stay, would definitely recommend the apartment, and would certainly consider returning in the future.

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt, extrem sauber und alles vorhanden was man benötigt, inkl. Waschmaschine und Wäscheraum. Ein sehr toller Ausblick von der Terrasse. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

− Ein Staubsauger wäre schöner gewesen wie die vorhandenen Besen.

Lovely holiday in Pitztal with plenty of activities included with the card the hosts provided. Very clean and spacious apartment in a quiet location with great view of the mountains. Access to a private garden gave us the choice of meals and morning coffee while enjoying the view. The host is very kind and attentive. She noticed our last day would be on my birthday and left a little gift at the door. Thank you Barbara!
