Location was fine.

− The apartment was quite the tragedy. We were two families for a week, so we got used to it, but it wasn't an easy task. The apartment is small, and most of the closets and cabinets are filled with the owner's belongings, so there is no place to put things. Everything is furnished strangely, for example, old lamps stand on upholstered chairs, the freezer is on a wicker table, the cabinet next to the TV is full of DVDs that can't be played on anything, etc. The apartment feels like a storage place for old unnecessary things. Cleanliness was also severally lacking, areas that are not commonly used are covered in a layer dust, mattresses and couches are beyond their prime plus we developed rashes that went away next week. The bed for sixth person was flimsy extra bed that was hard and uncomfortable. Price absolutely did not match the value.

Tiszta volt.

− Nem tetszett a berendezés. Összevisszaság hatását és a régmúltat hozta vissza. Látszik,hogy régi a hotel, próbálták színekkel feldobni,de nem sikerült. Sokkal modernebb dolgokkal kellene felújítani. Az fürdőszoba és wc pl nagyon régi. A felálított és nem összecsukható szárító a nappaliban, a függönyök el nem húzhatósága, a padló igénytelensége, a nappaliban lévő beépített szekrénybe bedobált törölközők stb, sokat ront a helyzeten.

Well equipped apartment

The apartment was very well equipped, with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The balcony gave us a lovely view of the mountain, and the location was great for accessing the lake.

− The apartment was very hot, and though the host had provided several fans, it was still a bit uncomfortable at night. Our stay was during a heat wave though.

The appartment is situated in calm and beautiful nature. Even though the hotel complex is huge, it is very quiet. The best part about the appartment is the balcony with a view on the forest and mountains.

− The furniture is quite old and used. It needs to be refreshed.

Disappointing

It was a clear apartment with a nice balcony with a view of the mount. Nice pool (by additional fee) which is more suitable for children than for adults: about 8*6 meters and 1.54m depth.

− I guess the bad experience started when we determined that the listed facilities did not match the real situation. The kitchen was missing an oven, which was a critical item for our needs. There was no air conditioning, just fans, which were sometimes enough. Dish soap and toilet paper were missing. The hand soap was mixed with a lot of water, making it ineffective. Additionally, we didn’t find any board games. Before reaching the apartment, we were provided with a detailed explanation of how to find the key and two contact numbers for any questions: one local number and one England number. The local number was incorrect, making it impossible to use, and no one answered the England number via WhatsApp. The booking chat was not useful either. As a result, I bought toilet paper, hand soap, and dish soap myself (inconceivable). After a few hours, the host wrote that someone would bring the toilet paper the next day. It was odd to be stuck without toilet paper with a family of five. I think that unexpected things happen, and in this situation, connectivity with the host or someone who can help is critical. This was missing in my case. As a result, this left a negative experience on our vacation and stay period.
