Comunicación no enfocada en el cliente.
7.0La calefacción del lugar es muy buena, el personal que limpia fue muy amable y el lugar impecable siempre.
− El intercambio que mantuvimos por WhatsApp, la comunicación no fue clara, quisieron cancelar la reserva a 3 horas de llegar al lugar con toda mi familia en el auto. Fue una situación tensa y la respuesta no fue acorde a la situación. Por otro ladp, prometieron resolver un lugar para dejar el auto y cuando llegue me dijeron que debía dejarlo en la calle, que el lugar es seguro. No pasó nada, pero no fue lo que acordamos. Se destaca que no hay recepcionista y nadie te recibe físicamente, todo es.por WhatsApp y un tablero donde retiras la llave.

Buena experiencia en general, se puede mejorar.
7.0el departamento esta super bien ubicado, sobre todo si vas sin veiculo es muy practico llegar a cualquier sitio desde alli, cerca del centro, de la terminal, centro comercial, lugar de caminatas en la montaña, en fin buena ubicacion, es practico.
− en la cocina faltaban repasadores o algo para poder secarse las manos, solo contaba con pocas toallas para bañarse y para la pileta (no incluia batas seria bueno...) Luego tuvieron muchos inconvenientes en mi estadia con la pileta, no la pude usar todos los dias que estuve alojada. El precio resulta excesivo al ser asi, porque por el solo uso del departamento es caro.
