3.0− Schlüsselübergabe hat nicht stattgefunden. Nach mehrmaligen Anrufen hat sich nach über einer Stunden eine Dame gemeldet, diese kam dann erst nach einer weiterene Wartezeit von 40 Minuten und hatte dann nicht einmal eine Entschuldigung. Wir haben dann die Unterkunft übereinstimmend ohne Kosten storniert.
