6.0Das Appartment war groß und hatte eine gut ausgestattete Küche. Das Schlafzimmer verfügte auch über gute Ablagemöglichkeiten. Die Lage in der Stadt war klasse, der Blick auf einen Hinterhof mäßig.
− Die Kommunikation mit einer Dame, die für die Übergabe zuständig schien, war etwas kompliziert, da sie nur Spanisch sprach, (was eigentlich kein Problem ist) aber in einer Geschwindigkeit auf WhatsApp Sprachnachrichten hinterließ, die weder für uns noch für eine Übersetzungs-KI verständlich waren. Das Video zur Auffindung der Schlüsselbox und des Appartments war hilfreich, eine persönliche Übergabe hätten wir bevorzugt - wie bei anderen Wohnungen üblich. Der Zustand der Möbel im Bad war heruntergekommen (s. Foto). Auch die Ablagemöglichkeiten im Bad waren unzureichend.
