Jeden z nejhezčích apartmánů, kde jsme kdy byli. Velmi útulný, vkusně zařízený a skvěle vybavený, nádherný výhled. Majitelé jsou velmi milí a vstřícní.

Nightmare Stay with an Inappropriate & Hostile Hostess

− We arrived with our husky, who is an experienced traveller (having visited 10 countries) and regularly stays in high-end accommodation, including a boutique hotel in Paris and even a French castle for three weeks. On arrival, we informed the host’s husband that we had our dog with us, as we had hoped the two dogs could play together. He checked us in without any issue, and our dog was also around the property throughout our stay, running around the fields, so his presence was obvious. The following morning, after giving him a run around the paddock, we left him in the cool apartment with plenty of fresh water while we went out for a few hours in the summer heat. Our husky sometimes howls or squeaks when he hears people nearby because he loves attention, but he was perfectly safe, comfortable, and settled, as he always is. We even travel with his blanket from home so that wherever we stay feels familiar to him. While we were out, Anne Marie attempted to call us while we were in an underground car park, where the call immediately dropped due to lack of reception. We tried calling back from a shop assistant’s phone as our phone plan can’t dial internationally but the call didn’t go through. About 30 minutes later, we contacted her through Booking.com as we had WiFi to see what was the cause for her call. We received no response. When we returned, we were horrified to find the door to our private accommodation wide open and our dog roaming the small hallway. The sight of it immediately made us feel sick with worry as to what had occurred while we were out. We then discovered that the hosts had entered the apartment while we were absent because our dog had apparently been making noise. Entering a guest’s accommodation during their stay without prior notice or consent, when there was no genuine emergency, was a shocking breach of privacy that left us feeling deeply unsettled and unsafe. It is also apparently not legal under Austrian law.

Gastgeber, Lage, gemütlichkeit der 2 gebuchten Apartments (somit des ganzen Chalets), Abendessen, gemütliches Restaurant mit tollen Ausblick ...

− Anordnung der Lichtschalter etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig .... damit hier zumindest irgendwas steht ;-)
