10.0This is the ultimate alpine home, very spacious, cosy and complete. Nice place to cool off during hot summer days. The owner is very kind and responsive.

10.0We rented both apartments for a summer family reunion. Both units are clean, well furnished and stocked for everyday needs. There is a great view of the sun rising over the Sirnitz valley. The owner gave us a personal tour of the house and provided info for the surrounding area. She was also able to accomodate one of our groups to stay one extra night. We opted to have the linens and towels provided, and they were fresh and clean. The house is about a 2 minute walk from Gasthof Zur Bauernstubn (local cuisine) & Schischule Zarre (daily fresh bakery goods and perishables), and can often provide next-day order for things they may not normally have at hand. It is located just across the road from the Zirbenlift ski lift, and also provides ski equipement rentals in the winter.
− Parking can be a little tricky if you have more than one car, but since just about everything you need is within walking/skiing distance, you probably won't use the cars much once you are settled in.
