− Bank in woonkamer ruikt naar urine en is niet comfortabel.Bank is aan vervanging toe Tv doet t niet en lattenbodems bed waren beide kapot Voor langere periode met stel is een voor beide 1 handdoek beschikbaar (hygiëne 😏)ook geeen stofzuiger aanwezig om te zuigen

7.0Die Lage und die Räumlichkeiten sind sehr gut
− Leider ist das Apartment schon etwas ins Alter gekommen. Diverse Kleinigkeiten sollte demnächst gemacht werden. Wir sind nun das 3te Jahr in Folge dort, Apartment Nr 3., leider seit Jahren keine Verbesserung. Die Spüle im Bad arbeitet nicht ordentlich, sollte überprüft werden. Außerdem sollte man die Fugen an den Fliesen ordentlich reinigen. Das Bett im Schlafzimmer weist schon deutliche Gebrauchsspuren auf, noch dazu war es nicht sauber, seitlich Reste von irgendeiner Flüssigkeit, und unter dem Bett wurde wohl noch nie gewischt. Vorhangstange hängt schief, der Boden ( Parkett oder Laminat ) weißt große Spalte auf! Außerdem, und das war echt grausig, riecht die Couch im Wohnzimmer nach nassen Hund. Letztes Jahr schon sehr grenzwertig, heuer fast unerträglich. Denke eine Grundrreinugung bzw. Shampoonierung wäre hier dringend nötig und zu empfehlen! Wohl noch nie passiert. Man riecht den Dreck / Schweiß förmlich!

8.0I really liked the size of the apartment The room was very clean and the accesablity also very good. The apartment would also have been good for 2-3 people. Location is really good 10 min walk to the see All amenities were there and a small garden to enjoy the sunlight
− A smart TV would have been good but with WLAN it worked out OK on my IPAD. Too few plugs a free extension cord would have been good.
