8.0Wohnung mit sehr gut ausgestatteter Küche in perfekter Lage für einen Messebesuch und abendliche Stadtbesuche; sehr ruhig; Vermieter sehr freundlich, Hausbesorger zuvorkommend und umsichtig;
− Die Abnutzung durch die Vermietung zeigt sich zunehmend. Sie wäre mit einigen kleine Auffrischungen zu beheben. - daher leider keine 10 Punkte;
Gerne wieder
10.0Top Lage, alles wichtige ( z.b.Bäcker, Metzger )zu Fuß erreichbar. Nette Lokale im Ort. Wenn mit dem Auto angereist wird unbedingt den Tiefgaragenplatz mitbuchen, in der Umgebung sind Parkplätze Mangelware. Wir hatten bei unserem Aufenthalt super Wetter und konnten den großen Balkon gut nutzen. Wien ist mit dem ÖNPV gut erreichbar.
