10.0Ankommen und sofort wohlgefühlt!!, Sehr nette freundliche Gastfamilie.Super Ausstattung, alles was man braucht war vorhanden. Ein großer Pluspunkt war die große überdachte und wunderschön ausgestattete Terrasse mit Blick auf den Großvenediger. LIEBEN DANK, macht weiter so und bleibt alle gesund!

10.0Warum ich bereits zum zweiten Mal bei Familie Germann zu Gast war: Supernette, hilfsbereite Gastgeber! Ein tolles 2-Zimmer-Appartement, das für mich keine Wünsche offen ließ. Alles war blitzsauber, der Sanitärbereich ist direkt vom Schlafzimmer begehbar und hochwertig ausgestattet, von Bodenfliesen über Duschköpfe(!) bis Beleuchtung, Schlafzimmer: Ein großes, bequemes Bett, tolle Matratze, vollständig abdunkelbar, genügend Stauraum. Wohnzimmer mit integrierter Küche: Großer Raum, bequeme, große Sofa-Landschaft, NUTZBARER (!!) Fernseher, der nicht irgendwo in einer Ecke unter der Decke aufgehängt war, sondern perfekt frontal zum Sofa in Kopfhöhe platziert. Die Kochzeile: Wie alles in diesem Appartement perfekt ausgestattet, alles vom Wasserkocher über den Messerblock bis zum Kühlschrank hochwertige Top-Qualitat. Mein Highlight: Die sehr schöne, überdachte Terrasse, ebenfalls bestens ausgestattet mit tollen Liegen, bequemen Stühlen, großem Tisch, Weber-Grill, liebevoller Bepflanzung mit unter anderem Duftrosen, die wirklich duften wie das reinste Rosenöl. Das alles mit direktem Gartenzugang (Mitbenutzung gern erlaubt) und einem paradiesischen, unverbautem Blick auf, Vögel, Schmetterlinge, die Berge, inklusive Großvenediger. Die Gesamtlage: Verkehrstechnisch sehr günstig gelegen, um mit dem Auto diverse Ziele anzusteuern, man kann aber ebenso gut direkt vom Appartment aus los wandern.

10.0Mooi en goed uitgerust appartement net buiten het dorp. Vriendelijke eigenaresse. Fijn dat er een overdekt terras aanwezig is. Heerlijk om.buiten te zitten. We hebben goed gebruik kunnen maken van de Sommercard die toegang geeft tot of korting geeft op diverse faciliteiten en bezienswaardigheden.

10.0Appartemento pulito, nuovo, molto bello. I padroni di casa sono stati gentilissimi e super utili aiutandoci perfino a mettere in modo l'automobile quando, dovendo tornare in italia a fine soggiorno, non si accendeva per via della batteria scarica. Buona posizione, a pochi minuti di auto da Neukirchen am Grossvenediger. Silenzio, tranquillità . Straconsigliato
