10.0Super nice, very clean and cosy apartment with a nice sauna in the common area. Very tastefully decorated, great beds and pillows. 25 min walk to city center. Also plenty of plates, cutlery, pans, glasses, mugs etc. All in all great apartment but not so great travel management agency services, in our opinion.
− We didn't like that we had to go to the office in the center of Kaprun to pickup and return the key. Check-out from 7-10 but office opens at 10. There was absolutely nothing in the appartment when we arrived, some dishwasher tablets and some coffee and tea bags were brought at a later time but there was no hand soap, shower gel (I know toiletries are not included in many apartment rentals but that is such a small thing to do) or essentials like salt, pepper, oil etc. Could use a bread toaster as well. The door of the washing machine was not closing so we were not able to use it. We didn't understand the purpose of the 250 eur deposit, when we had to go to the office to leave the key and nobody checked the apartment before our leave.
