10.0This is by far the best place to stay in Kaprun. The host is absolutely amazing and has thought of everything! Astrid and her family live right on the property next to the apartments, so they are always close by to help with anything you need, especially fantastic recommendations! The apartments was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The location is only a short 5-10 minute walk to the center or the ski lift and buses. I highly recommend this place and can't wait to come back!

10.0There were wonderful 7 days in Villa Agricola. We come skiing in Kaprun almost every year, and now we were in Villa Agricola, apartment Heckenrose 1 for the first time. I can say that it is one of the most pleasant accommodations so far. The hospitality, helpfulness and warmth of the hostess is unparalleled. Our apartment offered everything you need (dishwasher, microwave, well-equipped kitchen, WiFi, etc.), very well maintained and super clean, ski room and ski boot heater, free entry to the TauernSpa sauna and water world. The little extras and the details in their service was very much appreciated (spacial jam, Nespresso coffee, aplestrudel, Arnica crem, etc.). 10 out of 10 for everything. Many thanks again to the great hostess!
