8.0Very large double bed with a very good mattress on one side, nice mountain view from the balcony, separate toilet from the bathroom, sofa can be converted into a bunk bed
− A few things that could be improved: Bunk bed was not prepared although booked for four people, kitchen only superficially cleaned (all doors had stains, coffee maker was still full of capsules), dining table was also still a bit dirty, balcony had only one chair, city tax cards were not issued in the beginning of the stay although it grants access to a couple of things and we could have used it throughout our stay since city tax was charged at the end of the stay.

7.0Das Personal ist mega freundlich, vom Chef bis zu den Servicemitarbeitern im Restaurant! Unsere Anreise war etwas später als der Check-in das gesagt hat (19.15 Uhr statt bis 18.30 Uhr), aber das war nach vorheriger Ankündigung gar kein Problem. Auch im gut gefüllten Terrassenbereich haben wir kurzfristig einen Platz bekommen, mit Livemusik, war klasse!
− Das Frühstück kam uns mit 18 Euro pro Person ein wenig überhöht vor, aber vielleicht müssen wir uns generell noch an die höheren Preise überall gewöhnen. Der Frühstücksraum ist schön rustikal, aber auch etwas stickig. Auffallend war, dass an den meisten leeren Tischen noch das benutzte Geschirr stehen blieb, von Anfang bis Ende unserer Frühstückszeit. Ungewöhnlich für ein Haus dieser Klasse. Aber das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau :-)
