− Op de tafel lag een mapje met onvolledige informatie over de TV, de afvalverwerking ( hoe moeten we afval scheiden en waar brengen we het). Er zat wel een aantal velletjes in met informatie over de Covid periode - dat is toch vreselijk achterhaald??? Ook was er maar 1 sleutel; als één van de familie later wil vertrekken dan moeten de eerst vetrekkende eerst drie etages op om de sleutel terug te brengen naar de achterblijver. Tip: maak een nieuwe map met daarin de relevante informatie netjes uitgewerkt: Wifi code, afval, TV, hoe kom je bij de liften of op de dichtsbijzijnde piste. Als je aankomt bij de locatie is dat belangrijke informatie. En dus een tweede sleutel regelen

3.0The property has covered parking, ski storage room and ski shoe drier. Also, beautiful terrace with a nice view.
− We have reserved 75 m2 apartment which has 2 bedrooms, 2 toilets and one living room. Apparently, those are 2 interconnected apartments which have separate entrance doors. We have paid the property in full 3-4 days before the arrival, but when we came, at first, the cleaning lady which was providing us the keys, did not wanted to handover the keys from the while apartment, but only of half of it! So, after 11 hours drive we had to negotiate that she hands over the whole property that we already paid for… imagine! Finally, she gave us the keys, after our protesting and threatening to call the police, and only after she communicated the Italian owner, who apparently has promised the other half of the apartment to his friend who was supposed to arrive. The owner later apologized and offered an extra night for stay, which we refused. In principle, I don’t accept offers from people that want to trick you, are disrespectful, and which do not hold to the agreed terms of stay.
