3.0Dobrá poloha, umístění, velikost a vybavení kuchyně.
− Naprosto matoucí a nebezpečně nastavený samoobslužný check‑in. V domě pronajímá apartmány více nezávislých provozovatelů a na patře je více schránek na klíče, které nejsou nijak označené (ani apartmánem, ani provozovatelem). Instrukce zněly jen „schránka v 1. patře u mříže“, což sedělo na víc schránek najednou, a jedna z nich měla dokonce shodný kód jako v našich instrukcích. Naše správná schránka byla schovaná za rohem a za mříží a při příjezdu nebyla vůbec vidět. Výsledek: v dobré víře jsme se dostali do cizího apartmánu a celá situace se pak řešila až pozdě v noci s jiným majitelem, velmi nepříjemně, včetně požadavku na úhradu zmařených nákladů, blokování zavazadel. Toto se už v tomto domě stalo asi 3x i hostům před námi. Kdyby byly schránky řádně označené a kódy jedinečné, nic z toho by nenastalo. Doporučuji provozovateli sjednotit označení schránek, přidělit unikátní kódy a upravit check‑in instrukce tak, aby jednoznačně určovaly konkrétní schránku, rovněž by prospělo aby schránka byla až u příslušných dveří a dveře řádně označeny. Dále povlečení a textilní povrchy byly navyprané, klimatizace nestíhala prostor chladit, malá postel.

8.0Sehr schönes großes Loft in der Altstadt, und nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß von Bahnhof und Bushof entfernt. Sehr unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe durch Schlüsselsafe.
− Schlafbereich ohne zu öffnendes Fenster, Rauchmelder nur im Wohnbereich. Nur eine defekte Nachttischlampe, kein weiterer Lichtschalter und keine Steckdose in Bettnähe. Küche generell sehr gut ausgestattet, aber kein Spülschwamm oder Bürste, kein Geschirrhandtuch. Vorhandenes Klimagerät im Wohnbereich kompliziert zu bedienen, im Schlafbereich lediglich vorhandener Ventilator. In der Gesamtschau aber nur unbedeutende Mängel.
