9.0Lage am See - wunderbar! Die Ruhe, der Wald... Das Feriendorf bzw die Häuser sind äußerst charmant, auch die Ferienwohnung ist gemütlich und gut ausgestattet. Jederzeit wieder!
− Wohnung vielleicht etwas eng, für uns wäre ideal, wenn Balkon/ Terrasse eingezäunt wäre zwecks Kleinkind oder Hund 😉

10.0Ausstattung überkomplett Lage hervorragend direkt beim Wald 5 Minuten Gehweg zum See sauber Einrichtung gelungene Kombination aus ländlicher gemütlicher Einrichtung mit modernen Elementen trotzdem komfortabel mit allem was man an modernen Geräten braucht mit Balkon und Terrasse voll ausgestattet auch Liegen vorhanden wunderschöne Waldviertler Dreikanthöfe mit Ferienwohnungen eingebettet mitten in due urige Waldviertler Landschaft in der Anlage Gasthaus und Veranstaltungshalle mit Gratiszugang zum Seebad viele Sport und Wandermöglichkeiten direkt vor der Haustür und auch die Kultur kommt nicht zu kurz Herrenseetheater ein paar Minuten zu Fuss direkt am See sowie das Moment eine Veranstaltungshalle direkt in der Anlage trotzdem liegt das Haus ruhig und beschaulich eingebettet mitten in der Natur
