A tired apartment that needs some care.
1.0The apartment was just in Deutsch Wagram where my conference was..
− The apartment was a long way outside Deutsch Wagram. About a 1 hour walk. Had to take Ubers and some of the drivers of these were very bad playing and talking on their phones. Almost hit another car twice. Wrote a note to the owner listing various observations. This is a transcript of what I wrote. 1. Poor cleanliness in the apartment. Peanuts under the chairs opposite the TV. The charge for cleaning as part of the bill was 79 Euros. No cleaning had been done since the last guests left. 2. Two dirty mugs, glasses and bowls were left in the dishwasher. 3. No instructions for the operation of the dishwasher. 4. No t-towels for drying the washing up so had to use one of the meagre towels from the bathroom. 5. Not all the bathroom spot lights worked when arrived and non were working when we left. 6. The highest sink and toilet I have ever encountered. A kick stool was provided for the sink. 7. The grey mid pelmet was on the floor when we arrived and a second one fell off in the heat that reached 32 C. 8. No fan provided to make the high temperatures livable. 9. One of the beds had a broken slat (The room with the bamboo). 10. One of the sitting chairs had a split seat. 11. The sheets were old and bubly. No spair sheets or bedding were provided. 12. Place was infested with bugs and beatles. 13. No shower gel or shampoo provided which is usual. Used the hand sanitiser. 14. Old beat up bottle of cooking oil found that should have been disposed of. 15. The towels were very poor and rough. Seen much better days. 16. Booking.com had 29a Wilhelm Exner Gasse and it was 31. 17. Finding the key was difficult. After a very poor transfer from Airport. Having to wait over half hour and the heat. 18. The fridge had to be turned up to max so it would work. Nice to have 1. Normally a microwave would be provided in an apartment. Limited cooking facilities. The hob was very slow. 2. No coffee, sugar, salt and paper etc...
