10.0well equipped apartment, clean. very kind and helpful landlady. on many places we could find small friendly gestures from hosts - offering home herbal teas for free, fresh flowers on the table, welcome drink and fruits, offering home made products from their farm and fresh bakery service, serving home made cake for free, checking in if everything is OK. This all made gave the stay a good feeling.

9.0The accommodation is located in Kaunertal with a superb view of the valley. Kaunertal is beautiful valley with many options, for outdoor activities. The children can enjoy the swimming pool and lake at only 20m drive away with free access (due to provided summer card). The accommodation has some goats and rabbits in the garden, which are nice for the kids to feed. The hostess is very hospitable and provides advise on activities in the area. She goes out her way to make sure the guest have a pleasant stay, for example she organized a get together in the garden with local food to give opportunity to meet the other guests, also the bread service is excellent. For sure we will return in the coming years!
− The only thing what we missed was a washing machine in the guesthouse. The host offered to do the laundry for a small fee, but it is good to have own access to a washing machine. Maybe in future a washing machine can be put in the garage and shared with other guests.
