9.0Nice modern appartment with balcony at sun side, 2 spacious bathrooms attached to sleeping rooms. Well equiped kitchen. Well equiped sauna area at upper level of building. Great support by two hosts, very friendly and adequate
− No microwave in kitchen; only one type of pillow, to soft/not supporting neck for 2 of our group of 4; no TV in livingroom area (but instead in each bedroom)

Please note that in winter Residenz Tirol can be reached via L198 in Reutte or via L200 in Dornbirn
(Hochtannbergpass).
Winter tires and probably chains are required. Transportation Service to and from the Ski Area is available from 19. December on until end of March (expected).
Please also note that in winter Lech-Warth is closed.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
