− No view from the rooms.
Great place but needs to be deep cleaned.

− المكان غير نظيف خصوصاً دورات المياه، توجد رائحة كريهة في المكان على الرغم من وجود منظفات في الشقة ولكن لم يتم تنظيف الحمامات بشكل جيد.

8.0Viel Platz für die mögliche maximale Belegung vorhanden; Lage zum Zentrum sehr gut, trotzdem wenig vom Verkehr zu hören. Küchenausstattung insgesamt ausreichend;
− fehlende Tür zwischen Schlafzimmer und Bad/WC ; Wie in vielen Appartements Ferienwohnungen fehlen im Bad einfache Stangen zum Trocknen der benutzten Duschtücher. Die eingebauten Leuchtmitttel mögen zwar stylisch sein, aber erzeugen zu wenig Licht. Beleuchtung im KüchenKochfeldbereich falsch angebracht. Beim Kochen macht man sich nur Schatten. permanente Fußboden Heizung in allen Zimmern eindeutig zu warm, es fehlt eine Regulierungsmöglichkeit. Daher kein gesunder Schlaf!
Fijne vakantie gehad
9.0Erg fijn huisje met lekker de ruimte. We vonden alles goed, de woonkamer, de keuken, de slaapkamers en de badkamers. Zelfs de bedden lagen lekker. Centraal gelegen in Seefeld. Restaurants op loop afstand. Op maandag en dinsdag zit het een en ander dicht, dus dan is de keuze beperkt. Vanuit deze plek genoeg keuze uit wandelroutes.
