9.0Good communication from staff. A comfortable, well furnished apartment close to the cable car station. Parking in the garage was very welcome during the heavy snowfall periods.

8.0Szauna az nagyszerű volt és a lakás is nagyon csendes!
Insgesamt tolle Wohnung, aber hoher Preis. Preis-Leistung nach unserem Geschmack etwas zu teuer.
7.0Die Lage war sehr gut. Die Tiefgarage war praktisch, und die Fenster haben den Lärm von außen gut isoliert. Auch der eigene Skikeller-Raum war top. Aufzug grundsätzlich gut.
− Die Wohnung war für den Preis kleiner als erwartet. Der Aufzug war zwei Tage außer Betrieb. Die Sauna war zwar grundsätzlich schön, befand sich jedoch auf einem sehr offenen Balkon mit Blick in Richtung Kindergarten und einer stark befahrenen Straße – das ist Geschmackssache und eigentlich erst abends wirklich nutzbar. Die Dusche war ungünstig konstruiert, sodass man mit Handtüchern eine Art Damm bauen musste, um das Badezimmer trocken zu halten.
