Good location and size for a family of 6, but a shame it wasn't very clean.
8.0Good location if you want to go into Westfield Parramatta, or for a walk to the small playground & basketball court at the end of the street. Enough room for our family of 6. But it would have been nice if the place was cleaned properly before we arrived. I am happy the staff offered to send a cleaner on our second day when I mentioned it to them, but there was not much point by then as we were leaving early the next morning. The staff (via SMS) were very quick to communicate and were very willing to help us sort out issues that arose eg. Flat batteries in remotes (aircon and tv) & offering to send a cleaner to do the bathrooms. They also offered a late check out for the inconvenience. Hopefully they've found themselves a new cleaner!
− Beds in the main bedroom were a bit soft and had a permanent dip on each side from where guests lay. We also found some yuck stains on the doona which you couldn't see unless the top cover was pulled back. Almost every surface (except the kitchen) was dusty, and floors were dirty in many areas. Bathrooms had mould in the showers and on the ceilings. The ensuite even smelt like mould/musty.
There are ups and downs in life but this place has so much comfort its not funny.
7.0we liked that it was near all the places we needed to go to while in sydney and great parking.
− we were very sad about the hot water as friday when we got there we had no hot water and then on saturday we didnt as well we called and informed someone about it so we were un able to shower for 48 hours and that was not never hygienic. It was lucky i had bought wipes to use. We made sure the place we stayed in had a bath as my partner is going through chemo and all she wanted was to soak in a bath saturday but wasnt able to and thats ok. we did leave you some bath salts for your next guest for a nice surprise. your place is amazing and thankyou for allowing us to stay there. we are greatful for the hospitality.
