− Milk had expired 10 month ago and was not replaced during our 3 night stay, even after asking for it. 2 fingernails broken on drop-box outside unit until we called manager and were told to use out of sight key-pad behind security door. Code and instructions were send to us only after we call manager and asked for it. Hot water never reached second bathroom in 3 days, making us all go across to main bathroom.
