8.0Spacious and comfy. Suited our needs for the days we were there.
− Poor communication for checkin instructions. Did not recieve any checkin details at all via sms or phone so went directly to the property. Rang the property number supplied twice. The first time it was very difficult to understand and be understood and was hung up on. Second phone call was better and was put through to the realestate where we discovered we needed to pick the keys up from. Real estate was suprised as to why we were a bit stressed ( after driving 9 hrs and not having access to our accommodation)When I said we had not recieved teh checkin info via text or email the response was"oh sorry its been busy" Recieved teh checkin email 30mins after checking in. The info provided ws easy to follow but it would have been nice to recieve it before hand.

5.0The view is lovely (though partly obstructed by the pub right out the front).
− Cleanliness was not great, both toilets had pee around the seat bolts (gross), the skirting boards were dusty, the stairs need a good scrub, both lounges are VERY uncomfortable, the fridge had other people’s left over food in it, and it is quite a noisy complex (voices from all surrounding outdoor areas carry & echo).

9.0We stayed for the Amy’s Gran Fondo event. Very convenient to walk to the shops, less than 2km and riding to the start line for the event.
− If i have to be picky, maybe supply complimentary small bottles of shampoo?
