− The couples room was 2 beds pushed together very hard and gap , a loud water noise constantly at night, the tv internet kept cutting out while watching at night, we had requested to change dates for personal reasons with more than 3 weeks notice and this was not accommodated very disappointing, there was a smell in the fridge. Issues with the keypad would only open on 2nd attempt even though the numbers were correct. Bbq could not be used as was very dirty . Suggestion to have some form of seating around the fire pit

7.0The location was lovely, really enjoyed the wildlife and out look from all windows. Nice big kitchen with equipment supplied. Nice property, cosy feel and beds were comfortable with plenty of blankets.
− Although firewood was supplied, there was none conveniently inside the property. Matches were supplied, only after asking the property manager. The TV and DVD player needs to be updated, a guest from 2023 made the same comment and I'm not sure it was addressed. Batteries should be checked regularly in all remotes. An updated shower head would also be appreciated. Tissues should have been supplied. Only after the payment was taken did we find out we had to clean the property before departure. Take out the trash, clean the dishes, and clean the fireplace. It was disappointing as when we arrived the fireplace was not cleaned out prior to our stay. The property was not vacuumed well. We found a hat under the couch cushions.

Great base for family ski trip
8.0Great place to stay for a family ski trip, easy access to Thredbo or ski tube and Perisher/Blue Cow. Fully equipped kitchen and beautiful outlook. Would look to stay again
