7.0− Wąska, wiecznie zastawiona sprzętaminlokdtorów z parteru przestrzeń przy wejściu. Mało komfortowe schody prowadzące do mieszkania (na piętrze). Mieszkanie brudne, kurz na górnych szafkach, pod łóżkami, przy oknach za grzejnikami - roznosił się po mieszkaniu. Robot sprzaający (na wyposażeniu) nie upora się z tym(ale obudzi Cię w środku nocy upiornym komunikatem że nie może podjechać do stacji dokującej). Tragiczna łazienka: połowę przestrzeni nad wanną zajmuje bojler grzewczy. Manewrowanie pomiędzy nim a parawanem mocno jiewygodne. Płytki popękane, z odpryskami, brak jakiejkolwiek wentylacji (tylko otwarcie okna pomaga), w toalecie niechlujnie wymalowane. Progi pomiędzy pomieszczeniami - łatwo się potknąć. Bezpośrednio za oknami zieleń (wąska perspektywa), balkon z eidokiem na patio sąsiedniego budynku wielorodzinnego. Ergonomia - kiepska, estetyka - słabo, czystość - b.słabo, nie można się tam czuć komfortowo.

10.0Fantasztikus pár napot töltöttünk itt. Az apartman nagyon jó helyen van, közel a belvároshoz,mégis csendes környezetben. Minden felszerelés rendelkezésünkre állt,mint a saját lakásunkban.Mosógép,mosogatógép, vasaló,porszívó, kávéfőző stb.Nagyon otthonosan éreztük magunkat. A tulajdonos minden kérdésre,kérésre válaszolt,néhány perc alatt. Bad Ischl és a környéke gyönyörű, lehet túrázni, kirándulni. Szívesen visszatérünk,ha tehetjük.

Man kann in der Wohnung entspannte Tage verbringen.
9.0Eine geräumige und ruhige Wohnung, die gut ausgestattet ist, wenn auch ein Fernseher gefehlt hat.
− Für Familien mit Kinder ist die Wohnung ideal, für ältere Menschen kann die steile Treppe zum 2. Stock problematisch sein.
