− Wat kleine dingen, maar niet de moeite om hier te vermelden.

9.0Krásné místo, přimo u jezera, nádherný výhled na jezero a na hory, prostorná terasa, centrum města.
− U domu není parkování, nutnost vystoupat cca 200 m prudce do kopce, parkování je placené - 8 EUR/den. Apartmán je dobře řešený, ale některé kusy nabytku by stálo za to obnovit.
