10.0Eine super nette schriftliche Begrüßung inklusive Wein und Wasser aufs Haus. Top Lage und die super freundlichen Service Kräfte im Restaurant. Klimaanlage bei dem heissen Wetter war goldwert. Die angenehme Größe des Apartements.

8/10 – Tolle, zentrale Wohnung mit viel Komfort und einer großartigen Dachterrasse
8.0Wir haben uns in der Wohnung "Venezia" insgesamt sehr wohlgefühlt und würden sie grundsätzlich weiterempfehlen. Die Lage ist hervorragend – sehr zentral und dennoch angenehm, sodass sich die Stadt bequem zu Fuß erkunden lässt. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist außerdem die schnelle und freundliche Kommunikation: Auf Fragen und Hinweise wurde per E-Mail bzw. Nachricht stets rasch reagiert und unsere Rückmeldungen wurden unmittelbar bestätigt. Die Wohnung ist modern und sehr gut ausgestattet. Besonders die Küche lässt kaum Wünsche offen – neben einer Filterkaffeemaschine gibt es auch eine Nespresso-Maschine, dazu einige Kapseln und Teebeutel. Als nette Begrüßung stehen außerdem eine kleine Flasche Wein sowie Wasser bereit. Im Bad gibt es einen Föhn und sogar eine Waschmaschine inklusive Waschmittel-Tabs. Die Klimaanlage ist gut platziert und sorgt auch an heißen Tagen zuverlässig für angenehme Temperaturen. Es sind zudem mehrere Fernseher vorhanden, auf denen sich Streamingdienste oder Mediatheken mit dem eigenen Account nutzen lassen. Ein echtes Highlight ist die Dachterrasse. Zwischen den Dächern und Schornsteinen entsteht eine fast mediterrane Atmosphäre – mit ein wenig Italien-Flair mitten in der Stadt.
− An einigen Stellen gibt es kleinere Punkte, die noch verbessert werden könnten, etwa einzelne Defekte oder Abnutzungserscheinungen. Diese haben wir direkt gemeldet und umgehend eine Rückmeldung erhalten, sodass wir davon ausgehen, dass sie zeitnah behoben werden. Je nach Windrichtung ist draußen gelegentlich ein Geruch nach Kanalisation oder Müll wahrnehmbar. Insgesamt überwiegen für uns aber klar die positiven Eindrücke. Mit ein paar kleineren Ausbesserungen wäre die Unterkunft aus unserer Sicht nahezu perfekt.
