9.0Die Lage ist in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet in Fürstenbrunn, einem Teilort von Grödig. Bis nach Grödig selbst sind es 8 Minuten mit dem Auto. Bushaltestelle, Dorfladen in ein paar Minuten zu erreichen. Es fährt alle 20 Minuten ein Bus nach Salzburg, so kan man sich den Stress mit dem Auto in die Stadt zu fahren, sparen. Mit der Gästekarte fährt man kostenlos. Es ist sehr ruhig, so hat man die Möglichkeit, zu entspannen, der Balkon hat einen exzellenten Ausblick auf die Berge. Es gibt eine Filterkaffeemaschine und wer möchte, auch eine Dolce Gusto Pad Maschine.
− Ein Nudelsieb in der Küche wäre fein und ein Duschvorhang im Bad , das ist aber nichts, was für uns ein Problem darstellt.

9.0Muy bien ubicado,,con todo lo necesario para una estancia,muy limpio y con parking en el aloamiento.lis alrededores son de naturaleza pura y un autobus a 3 minutos que te lleva a Salzburgo
− Estaba todo bien.....por poner una critica...tiene bañera...pero por poner algo...a bueno y que si paseas por allu un poco ves ciervos,ardilas bisques preciosos en fin una pasada el entorno

− De woonkeuken stoelen waren een ramp ook het zit gedeelte was ook onder de maat. Bij het douche kon je erna de bad kamer een beurt geven water van de doch lag meer op de grond dan anders (geen badscherm. Dus of gordijn) dus was ons erg tegen gevallen buiten meubels waren ook vervangen toe.dus al bij al erg tegen gevallen.

7.0Ruhige Lage mit Blick auf Berge und sehr guter Anbindung an Salzburg mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln und kurzer Fußweg zur Haltestelle. Bequeme Betten. Abgeschlossener Parkplatz auf Grundstück. Gute Kommunikation mit Gastgeberin, kurze Einweisung bei Ankunft, unkompliziertes Check out
− Bad ist eindeutig die Schwachstelle. Basierend auf den bisherigen Bewertungen und Stellungnahmen der Eigentümer hatten wir einen Spritschutz/Glaswand an der Wanne erwartet (vgl Antwort auf Tansu Mai 2025 oder Tobias Aug 2025), leider noch nicht installiert. Zudem ist die Lüftung im Bad dadurch erschwert, da der Hebel für das Dachfenster sehr hoch ist und ein normal großer Mensch nur mit Hilfe einer Trittstufe den Hebel erreicht ( gerade für ältere Leute umständlich und nicht ungefährlich). Wir hätten uns auch über eine backofenfeste Form gefreut.
