El apartamento muy comodo y funcional. Buenos servicios generales, calefaccion agua etc. Buena Ubicacion
− Feo olor, como si estuvieran tapados los caños de desague. Mucho ruidoa la noche por gente pasando a los gritos Borrachos y Dragados, sobretodo el fin de semana. Enfrente de la ppuerta la gente "Orinaba" dejando "Charcos" de Orina, desagradables y dejando feo olor. Deberian colocar luces que se enciendan con Movimiento, Camaras y quizas carteles advirtiendo que se esta filmando y que tendran severas multas. Informe que al estante de los vasos le faltaba un soporte y que se cayeron rompiendose casi todos y que la Cafetera de Capsulas no funcionaba. Repararon el estante (Un soporte insignificante) y 6 vasos, pero nunca arregalron la cafetera haciendome incurrir en gastos inecesarios de capsulas y otro desayuno. Una lastima porque con muy poco la estancia ubiera sido exelente. "Veria con buenos ojos una Bonificacion por todo lo expresado"

La ubicación era muy buena,la atención de Mariano excelente.En todo momento nos prestó su ayuda para cualquier cosa que necesitáramos incluso en fin de semana.
− Por las noches entiendo que es porque era fin de semana,había mucho ruido de la calle que pasaba al interior de la vivienda.

Casa in zona molto servita e in pieno centro, in quartiere molto vivo. Organizzazione ottima, proprietari disponibili, facilità nel check in e check out.
