6.0The apartment was comfortable, clean and provided us with all necessary facilities during our stay. Furthermore, the location was perfect and just a few minutes from the slopes.
− Upon arrival on the first day, there was no one to meet us at the check-in point. In addition, we were not informed that all the additional charges (cleaning fee etc) had to be paid in cash on the spot. When entering the apartment, we immediately reacted on how cold it was. We complained on the second day, however the treatment we received from the main office was simply unacceptable. The girl we talked to refuse to give her name and was simply rude and non solution oriented. No one had a solution and we were told that there was not anything they could do. The fan of the toilet both in the bathroom and in one of the rooms that also had a shower en-suite, was constantly on and there was no way to turn it off. For 6 people, there was a towel per person with no option to get a new one after some days. As much as we were informed that there would be no shampoos in the showers, they could have offered at least a hand soap in each bathroom as many clients like us arrive late at night.
