Bright and breezy big apartment directly opposite Sunrise Beach.

Directly opposite beach. Ocean view from left hand side of property. Undercover parking for one car- don’t believe two unless you have a very very small second car. Kitchen decked out with everything you need. Apartment is big and spacious. Lovely ocean breeze. Plenty of toilet paper and essentials supplied. Beach towels supplied. Short 4 min drive to Sunshine Beach restaurants. Patrolled beach directly in front during peak season however is a open beach so swell is much greater than say swimming at Hastings Street. Staff very helpful. The listing said single beds and was actually double beds but they provided a hire bed promptly to place in lounge room. Jigsaws and books available.

− main bedroom door was ludicrous. main bedroom mattress needs to be thrown out- we had to rotate it so that my mum could sleep. Living room couches are leather but need a good clean. They look ok but when you look closely you can tell they would benefit from a deep clean. Has a pool but very small and uninviting due to storms. We did request it be cleaned but the outdoor chairs were grotty need to be replaced. If you have small children they would probably swim but not really appealing. The cleaners came though literally before we arrived as we interacted with them but we wiped a layer of sand off the couch. You’ll need to bring your own pillow if you don’t like high pillows. We bought pillows from KMart.
