− Il mare si vede solo in lontananza, ma questo sarebbe il problema minore. I gestori della struttura mi hanno più volte richiesto una copia fronte/retro della mia carta di credito, contro tutte le regole di sicurezza e contro le regole di booking. Inoltre al ritiro delle chiavi hanno fatto una fotocopia della mia carta, in pratica chiunque avesse accesso al copia avrebbe potuto utilizzarla a proprio piacimento. Trovo la cosa assolutamente inaccettabile. Ho anche proposto una preautorizzazione sulla carta di qualsiasi cifra ma non c'è stato nulla da fare . La proprietà non fornisce lenzuola e asciugamani, che vengono dati solo a fronte di un ulteriore pagamento, che deve avvenire anticipatamente. Pur avendo confermato il noleggio, all'arrivo non erano disponibili e abbiamo dovuto attendere la consegna dopo aver effettuato il pagamento ( che non era stato possibile fare online ) Comportamento inaccettabile e fuori da ogni regola. Brilliant space for a relaxing few days in Shoal Bay.
10.0Great view of the water. Beautifully refurbished unit. Had everything we needed. Less than 10 minute walk to the Country Club that had everything.
− We would have like to have known one of the beds was king size as we took our own linen. Only took Queen.

Any abuse of threatening behavior towards staff or contractors will result in immediate termination of stay without a refund.
