4.0The staff were lovely.
− This is not a comment in the staff- they were fantastic. The owners need to take responsibility for all the things not there - no cleaning products ( I replaced them) - all glasses and plate's were dirty - no bath product beyond conditioner - the keys took 20 minutes to open the front door - I got locked in the garage and could not get out

− Being abused when we arrived by fellow in unit 4, kept awake all night by a party in unit 7 asked them twice to tone it down, as a result the police had to be called in

9.0The view from the living area and balcony is exceptional! Spacious apartment with a beautifully renovated and well equipped kitchen. Good location within walking distance to jetty pub and coffee shops.
− We had trouble accessing the key from the lock box. We have a large SUV, found the drive way steep and the under cover parking space very tight. We chose to park on the street which was no big deal.
