− The remote to get out of the undercover parking did not always work - we sometimes tried for 10 minutes to get the door to open. Plus the lift was very slow so was quicker to take the stairs

10.0Really great, would recommend and would be happy to return. Better than expected - really spacious, fully equipped, comfortable beds & furnishings, with a great cross breeze (plus fans + air con) to offset the summer heat. The pool was great. It was a really good location too - quiet / away from street noise but literally steps away from cafes and just across the road from shops (Coles / bottle shop / chemist/ bakery / newsagent / medical centre). The neighbours were nice and there are on-site managers for the building if you need anything.
− The elevator was broken three times in three weeks which is a bit tough with a pram / baby and two sets of stairs. Also I think the price on the website should include the linen etc. since its not optional whether to have linen or not - an all inclusive nightly fee would be more transparent instead of adding on costs at check out / booking stage.
