Nice location, difficulty booking and entry.

− Unfortunately I had a lot of issues during the booking process and after being agreed (and paid for) a 1pm early check in , the room wasn’t actually ready until 3:30pm (30 mins after the standard check in time) so we had to wait hours with small kids. And the communication because terrible as they stopped responding on the day so I wasn’t even sure exactly what time we could check in until I got a “ready” text at 3:30. It also wasn’t spotless. There were definitely areas in the bathrooms that were not well cleaned (including the shower cap box being empty and the shower gel being used and near empty. Also there is only 1 key so it made it hard to split up and go do things. We also couldn’t get the parking card at 1pm as agreed so I had to pay for parking twice. I have also not yet got the refund for the early check in that they didn’t follow through with.

6.0Excellent location, easy access, well described by the management team who had excellent communication. The views were beautiful and so much lovely light through the amazing windows on both levels.
− Beautiful sunny weather in Adelaide and all the panoramic windows meant lots of heat upstairs and windows were difficult to operate to let some heat out to keep the space a comfortable temperature in the daytime. Main bedroom bed is beautiful and very comfortable, the second bedroom mattress was much less comfortable - we slept there to avoid the street noise.

Over all it was a lovely stay. Tram stop out the front. Very central location.

Overall fantastic stay. If you’re not interested in the pool, I’d say 10/10 stay.
8.0It was great value for money. Kids absolutely loved it. Was clean, great views, amazing facilities. We really enjoyed our stay.
− The only downfall for us was that the pool was not in the same building and we had to go to a different location for it and the keycard we had wasn’t even working.
