9.0The apartment was very well situated with easy access to shopping and eateries.
− We were not aware that there were steps up to the apartment. Because we are seniors it is always nice to know if there are stairs to ascend.

− Had trouble with the main room TV not working, communication to resolve the problem was delayed and problem stayed unresolved, was disappointing to have this happen as we stayed in that evening.
