Large apartment, generally well equipped and very well located. But the lack of sun was a problem.
6.0Location is very good. It is a quiet area but handy to the beach and to the business centre of Mooloolaba. It is also handy to the fish market and wharf area. Couldn't be much better location-wise
− Anyone booking this apartment should know that it is South facing and so the outdoor area doesn't receive any sun at all during winter. Also, there are no curtains or blinds for the main lounge area so we felt a lack of privacy. We didn't like the fact that there was noisy rennovations and property maintenance being undertaken during our stay. It would have been nice to have been advised that work was being undertaken so we could go out for the day.

Great location and apartment perfect for couples or family
8.0Location perfect - on river with beach across the road , easy walking distance to main street restaurants , the Wharf and Fish Markets . Only drove the car once to Kawana Waters Farmers markets . Apartment had large living room and nice pool area.
− Could have had some mosquito coils to allow sitting outside on verandah to watch sunset.
