Great location, clean, comfy and perfect for short or long stays.
10.0Great location, walking distance to shops and beach. Clean and comfy, also with great outlook.
− The TV. Whilst it was supposedly Smart, it lacked any basic apps for Netflix, Stan, Amazon Prime etc. This would have been a great addition so that you could stream movies etc at night instead of only having free to air only.

Great place but poor guest services

− The door keys got jammed in the front door, we were warned not to lock it by key, however my Daughter put them in without knowing. Had to call a locksmith as there was no second key or spare key. I was ignored when I passed the $220 bill over to the real estate agent as the locksmith fixed their property at my own expense & was not reimbursed or even met half way or even responded to via Text. For this poor & expensive experience I will not be booking through Borren Point Real Estate again.
